Efficient and precise heat-moulding

We bend various kinds of thermoplastics. Thermoplastics are plastics that go soft when subjected to heat. Depending on the type of material, radius, and thickness, we will use a bending bench, thermoforming machine, or an oven to achieve the required shape. This machining option is used mainly for transparent plastics.

To bend products to a certain size, we use thermoforming machines. After preparing sheets using a milling machine, we place the material on a thermoforming machine with a resistance wire. As soon as the plastic is sufficiently hot, we bend it as specified in the drawing.
