Composites

Composite has electrical insulation properties, is resistant to a broad range of temperatures, offers great compressive strength, and is wear resistant. This material consists of paper, cotton fabric, or glass fabric that is compressed with synthetic resin at high pressure. Composite plastics are used mainly in the machine-building industry, production processes that involve high temperatures, and to screen off electric motors.

Our composite processing department is separate from the rest of our workshop. This is because machining this material produces fine particles that have to be extracted by a special suction system.

We supply and process the following and other materials:

• Hard paper (Turboniet®);

• Hard fabric (Celoron®, Canevasit®);

• Trespa (HPL/MKHP);

• Epoxy glass fabric (Vetronit®);

• Polyester glass mat (Delmat®, Durapol®);

• Silicon glass fabric;

• Epoxy glass mat (Delmat®);

• Polyimide glass fabric.
