Press-brake bending

From drawing to end product in no time

Depending on the thickness of the material, heat is often not needed to bend impact-proof, transparent plastics. After a milling or punch machine has applied the contours, we use a cold or press-brake bending machine to create the required shape. Thanks to our experienced operators and state-of-the-art workshop we can produce a wide range of products, ranging from simple shapes to the most complex ones.

Materials that lend themselves best for cold or press-brake bending are Polycarbonate (PC) and Polyethylene terephthalate (PETG). The products are mostly used as transparent protective screens in the machine-building industry or for various purposes in the medical sector.
